Tullhuset celebrates Christmas with a seafood-only theme where the chefs offer great creativity and constant innovation. There is neither ham nor meatballs here. Instead, the buffet is filled to the brim with the delights of the sea together with some vegetarian dishes and a substantial dessert table. Every year something new and exciting is presented, although lobster soup and egg cheese (a combination of milk, sour milk, eggs, and sugar, which is heated until it curdles) are trusted favourites so as not to disappoint our ever-returning guests.
